Q. When do I receive a hard copy of all the manuals? I tried downloading and I couldn't.

A.  Unfortunately we do not distribute hard copies of the manual, it is purely distributed electronically as a pdf document. Are you right clicking on the link and selecting ‘Save Target As’? Otherwise internet explorer opens up the pdf in the browser window and if you actually wait a while depending on your connection speed it will open up in your browser. Until then the browser window will appear blank while it’s loading.

We don’t suggest this method we suggest the ‘Save Target As’ method instead because you can see what percentage of the download is complete and later open the folder you stored the file in.

If you have closed the download page without downloading the product correctly please email support to be redirected.

Q. When do I receive my card?

A. Instructions on how to attain the IATA card are in the manual.

Q.  I went to download it and I even updated Acrobat Reader and I still can’t print it out. What do you suggest I need to print it!

A.  We suggest you ensure you have the latest version of Adobe pdf reader by visiting http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html .

If that doesn’t work please contact support so that we can work towards delivering you a copy of the e-book in a working format.

Q.  I purchased your information and I seemed to have had a glitch downloading the travel industry secrets guide.  How can re-download it?  Thanks.

A.  Please revisit the download page and try downloading again. Please be sure to NOT left click like you would a normal download as internet explorer will attempt to open the PDF in the browser window which will take time as a white screen giving you the impression it’s not working.

INSTEAD please RIGHT CLICK and select SAVE TARGET AS to save the file somewhere on your computer. When the download completes open the file from where you saved it.

If you have closed the download page since please contact support so that we may redirect you to a page where you can redownload. Please forward purchase receipt along with your message in this case.

Q.  I cannot get the book to print on my printer.  When I tried the "save target as", it wouldn't do anything, so I used "file" and "save as" and saved to my CD drive.  The bonus info, worked fine...but the main book and the one I really wanted, is not working...HELP!  I even had the computer guru at work look at it, and he said there is a problem with the book, because when you bring up the page preview, the pages are garbled.

A.  It could be a problem with the application you are using to view pdfs. Please note the book has been reported to have some components incompatible with older versions of Adobe Acrobat. You can upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat pdf reader for FREE by  visiting the following website  http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html .

If you are confident the above is not the issue then we suggest you try downloading again using the right click -> 'Save target As' option.

Also a possibility is the Internet Explorer Alert Bar is stopping you from downloading the file. When you are downloading look at the top of your browser window and see if there is a skinny Yellow Bar that requires you to click it before allowing you to download.

Q.  Although the link that was provided to me worked fine, once I tried to print, the document wouldn't print.  After researching the book, there are 4 blank (actually blacked-out) pages within this book.  Specifically, they are pages 25, 27, 52, and 82.  I got around the printer block by specifying all ‘but’ these pages to print.  Meanwhile, I have a book of 110 pages with 4 pages missing.  These 4 pages DO have information on them, as the previous and subsequest pages do not flow correctly.

Please advise.

A.  This was a problem that was commonly observed for a brief period of time while we had an unstable version of the e-book on the download server. This has since been amended. If you were one of the customers that downloaded the e-book during this period please contact support.

Q.  Just want to ask you this question before i buy the book. Is it possible for an Australian to become a travel agent, or do you have to be located in the USA? Also, can you tell me if there any any consolidators listed for Australia? I dont want to buy the book only to find that there are no consolidators to buy the tickets from in Australia.

A. Yes it is possible to become a travel agent if you don't reside in the US. If you look at one of the testimonial givers on the website Rob Rawson, he is from Sydney, Australia.

Within the Bonus Consolidator Directory it is characterized into consolidators around the world including Australasia.

Hope this is encouraging for you.

Q. Would you be able to actually confirm that there are consolidators from Australia, and not Oceania. Can you please give a number of consolidators that I can contact.

A. 10 of the Consolidator contact details in Australasia are Australia based. In regards to giving you the details of a consolidator this would as you would appreciate be disclosing the information which we are selling, which we cannot do. You are safeguarded by the money back satisfaction guarantee if the information isn't what you expected.

Q. When i receive the card and the IATA (or similar, cant remember off the top of my head now) is this going to be the IATA number from the agency, or my own personal IATA. This is important as there is a difference.

A. The IATA number is administered from the agency. To get your own personal number you have to start your own agency which costs thousands of dollars..
